Honeymoon Day 7 - Taipei Zoo

We started the day early as Zoo is quite some distance away.

Yong He Dou Jiang (永和豆漿)

Opening Hours: 0530hrs to 1500hrs
Address: No. 30 Hankou Street | Zhongzheng District, Taipei

The queue was horrible.
There are only 4-5 small tables in the shop.
So it is almost impossible to dine there.

Even the take away queue waiting time is more than 30 mins.

We bought some tang bao, ham omelette and sat outside Xi Men Ding station to eat.

MRT : Taipei Zoo

Opening hours 9:00 am - 5:00 pm

As it was on a weekend, youth card discount cannot be applied.
So we paid NT60 each for the tickets.

During our previous trip, we came late and walked up hill.
After that visit, we decided to go down hill this time round.

Go to the nearest tram station(located near the entrance).
Take the tram to the last station (Up hill) for only NT5.

Hehe the tram dropped us at a resting place.
Where they sell my favorite BBQ squid.

Can I have the largest box please?
Weeeeeeeeeeee~

And we walked around and took some typical tourist stuffs.

Omg what is this it is so round and fluffy!!!!
AHHHHHHHHHH!!♥

These are wild horses.
They looked very un-atas.

Kwang Soo scratching his head by rubbing against the tree trunk.

After some walk we arrived at another resting spot.
Decided to try this bread stick.

BEST.DECISION.EVER.

It tasted mad awesome!
We spent the rest of our trip looking for this but couldn't find another outlet that sells the bread stick. :(

Should have bought 10 sticks. :'(

I'm wearing a shirt that says Mew Mew and a cat ear cap.
Lol. Bought both at NT100 each at Wufenpu 五分埔.

No, these are not dried leaves.
Yes, they are butterflies.

After exploring the whole area, we bought some snacks and chilled outside the 7-11 before heading to Shi Da night market.

MRT : Taipower building station

Went to tried the highly recommended food in Shida.
Arnold Crepe.

The place is filled with people by luckily we found a seat.
Ordered strawberry ice cream crepe.

The portion is just nice for 2 person.
Yummy!

And we went to buy our favorite Deng Long Ru Wei~
Out of all the stores we ate, and night markets we visited, this is the store with the best ru wei.

But a small packet like this cost about NT180.
Worth it.

After filling ourselves up, we went back to XiMenDing.

Went to the weekend market and visited the red building.

Nothing much, so we went to look for more food.
LOL!

Xi Men Ding at night.

Xi Men Ding never sleeps.
So it's best to stay there than any other places.
